Biography
Mohammad Hassanzadeh, a 28-year-old from Bukan, was killed by government forces on November 16, 2022, during the Woman Life Freedom protests. His father recalled Mohammad's pre-death message: "Perhaps tonight is the last night of my life, but we go for the happiness of Iran." After his death, his friend Shahriar Mohammadi sat by his body all night to prevent its secret burial, only to be killed by security forces the following day. Hassanzadeh, a known protest leader and father of a young daughter, is remembered alongside Mohammadi as a symbol of the movement.
محمد حسنزاده، جوان ۲۸ ساله اهل بوکان، در تاریخ ۲۵ آبان ۱۴۰۱ با شلیک نیروهای حکومتی در جریان اعتراضات «زن، زندگی، آزادی» کشته شد. پدرش نقل کرده که محمد پیش از کشته شدنش نوشته بود: «شاید امشب آخرین شب زندگیم باشد، اما برای خوشبختی ایران میرویم.» پس از مرگ او، دوستش شهریار محمدی تمام شب کنار پیکر بیجانش نشست تا از دفن شبانه آن توسط ماموران جلوگیری کند و روز بعد خود شهریار نیز توسط نیروهای امنیتی کشته شد. حسنزاده که به عنوان یکی از لیدرهای اعتراضات شناخته میشد و دختری خردسال داشت، همراه با محمدی به عنوان نمادی از این جنبش یاد میشود.
